This morning we had a delicious smoothie bowl for breakfast. After daily chores we went to our first class which was oceanography. We did a lab today! We looked at the importance of O2 and CO2 in the water for marine life. Today in Nautical science we began the basics of paper charting! This was my favorite thing to learn because I have been interested in navigating for years. I kinda understand it, but I know when I come home I will be able to chart on Dark ‘n Stormy. In history we talked about whaling again with a guest speaker. I do not like talking about whaling. We saw pictures of the dead animals and it almost made me cry because I care about marine life. But it got me thinking about starting a club at school. I have a few good ideas. During free time we went to the beach and the water was so clear and refreshing. After dinner we played a game of capture the flag and I took a shower after because I was very sweaty. I am in study hall right now writing this. I don’t think I am going to hang out with people tonight because I am tired. Goodnight everyone!!
