14 – Cleaning! Oh, and more food of course…

Today was field day! (Which means a lot of cleaning) We took everything out from all the houses and started cleaning all the prep dishes and dishes for serving. Other groups where on different chores but I was on dishes!! We had big buckets outside and it was under a tree. After about 4 hours of cleaning we went to the beach!!! The beach was so nice and it made me feel happy. There was a sailboat race off the beach about a mile out and it was fun to watch. For dinner we had tacos and they tasted just like from home. For dessert I had an ice cream sandwich with coconut! Then we all tie dyed shirts… mine I think will turn out cool. We also did this community activity where we put paint on each others arm. The different colors represent a different thing. Yellow means grateful for. Pink means want to get to know more, blue makes you feel welcomed and green means you learned something from. After a long day I am so tired BUT SO READY TO GET ON THE BOAT TOMORROW!!!
